PATRICIA A. LUND

Pat brings a sense of serenity and positivity to her work as a yoga instructor. She has spent most of her adult life maintaining an excellent level of physical fitness through consistently walking and weight training. By incorporating yoga into her daily fitness agenda, Pat has achieved a sense of peace and balance that she never anticipated and now enjoys sharing with her students.

For thirty years, Pat’s career has kept her confined to a desk and computer. Yoga has become her sanity! She understands the value her daily yoga practice has in keeping her healthier, more flexible, and strong and very importantly the amount it reduces on the job stress. Since becoming a certified yoga instructor, Pat’s outlook on life has changed dramatically she feels she has created a whole new, exciting, and very active life.

Combining a wonderfully meditative style and knowledge/experience of “the office place”, Pat creates a practice that can be surmised as a fountain of youth!
